Immerse yourself in an intimate gym experience that acts as a therapeutic container for your individual, authentic expression: allowing you to move the energy that has historically held you back from expressing your true powerful potential. During your strength training sessions in this cozy gym, you can: cry, shout, query, shake, dance, rest, receive. Within our mutually safe container, you are allowed to be 100% yourself, without concern that your feelings will be shunned or minimized. Moving through emotions creates space for inner calm, which makes weightlifting much easier…and more fun! If movement therapy/strength training isn’t doing the trick, we can reach into my toolbox for other modalities such as biodynamic cranial, therapeutic massage, somatic dialogue, pranayama breathwork, yoga therapy, mindfulness meditation, and more.
