Erin Eichenberger has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon since 2011 and a Movement Coach since 2017. As she dives deeper and deeper into her personal wellness journey, Erin adores accompanying folks on their own path of embodying physical/mental/emotional/spiritual wholeness.
Erin believes that movement is an artform that requires a great deal of attention in order to understand and address any patterns of pain and dis-ease that show up in the body - biomechanically and psychospiritually.
In her struggle with a Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosis and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder, Erin has explored a variety of modalities, seeking out the most effective ways to query her body’s drive to attack itself and discovering radical acceptance and self love as keys to living life with less pain & suffering, and more authentic joy & ease.
She aims to encourage and name her observations of students with deep compassion and curiosity, inviting them into a loving relationship with themselves and their environment, via movement.
