Immerse yourself in an intimate gym experience that acts as a therapeutic container for your individual, authentic expression: allowing you to move the energy that has historically held you back from expressing your true powerful potential. During your strength training sessions in this cozy gym, you can: cry, shout, query, shake, dance, rest, receive. Within our mutually safe container, you are allowed to be 100% yourself, without concern that your feelings will be shunned or minimized. Moving through emotions creates space for inner calm, which makes weightlifting much easier…and more fun! If movement therapy/strength training isn’t doing the trick, we have a toolbox of other modalities such as therapeutic massage, somatic dialogue, biodynamic cranial, breathwork, yoga therapy, mindfulness meditation, and more.
