Prenatal Strength for Pregnancy w/ Amy Chamberlain-Torres
A small group prenatal strength training class for up to 6 people. Programming is trimester-specific, pregnancy-safe, and reviewed by a pelvic floor physical therapist, with personalized coaching to help you build strength, confidence, and functional fitness throughout pregnancy. A minimum of 2 participants is required for the class to take place.
About Amy
A lifelong athlete and outdoor enthusiast, Amy grew up in NE Portland with a deep appreciation for movement and wellness. She holds a BS in Biology and an MBA, spending 15 years in the bioscience industry before shifting her focus to personal training to help others thrive through fitness.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in women’s strength training, Amy brings an uplifting and empowering approach to her strength coaching. She is passionate about supporting people through every season of life, whether they’re just starting with group strength training or reaching for new goals.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find Amy traveling, hiking, camping, skiing, reading a good book in a hammock, and enjoying time with her husband and children.
